Responsibilities of Role

  • Conduct a physical measurement and site assessment of prospective solar property, collecting photographs and data to produce a comprehensive solar site evaluation for final system design.

  • Perform and record roof measurements, scale home with ladder and safety gear, use of Suneye to determine irradiance of given location, record presence of dormers, chimneys, roof obstructions, damage or aging.

  • Communicate findings via uploading of measurements, findings, assessments, and photographs into company database for near immediate review.

  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions year-round in both hot and cold weather, while working early hours.

  • Possess physical stamina to conduct several rooftop measurements a day with team member.

  • Practice safe code of conduct at all times abiding training requirements and ongoing safety precautions.

  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance both among colleagues and in the field.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid driver?s license to safely and legally operate company vehicle.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in relative field. Solar site surveying, installation, roofing, construction, energy efficiency testing, site sampling, electric work, building sciences or site assessments are all relative.

  • Ability to scale several building structures a day to complete surveys with team member.

  • Comfortable working on rooftops with both shallow and steep roof planes during all four seasons.

  • Undergo company training program for both solar site assessment skills and safety procedures upon hire.

  • Comprehend the importance of practicing safe methods of conducting solar site assessments.

  • Demonstrate ability to maintain both legible hand-written records and electronic files to effectively communicate results of full comprehensive site assessment.

  • Willingness to partake in company meetings to review workflows, performance, team work and metrics.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
