Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus - Fluent in English (additional language skills are a bonus) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change - Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area Note:
