Duties Include:
Work dish machine.
Clean dish room.
Clean any pots and pans, sort silverware.
Make sandwiches for tray line.
Deliver carts to units, Organize resident tickets.
Pour coffee, soups, clean coffee pot.
Sweep and mop.
Set up tray line with condiments.
Restock the milk cooler.
Put left over items away.
Take out the trash and replace trash bags.
Set up juice tray for tray line.
Plate desserts.
Clean counters, all drawers and sweep storeroom.
Call tray line.
Answer telephone and run items to wings as necessary.
Clean dining room and set up the dining room.
Clean food carts inside.
Deliver stock to wing.
Any other task assigned by a manager or cook.
Requirements Include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must be able to do some physical work.
Experience in Food Service is a plus.
Positive attitude and energy are musts! Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Reliable Transportation.
