Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, providing customer service to visitors, and performing light lot maintenance/cleaning.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Enforce parking regulations and issue citations when necessary.
Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized parking area by removing trash and debris.
Report any issues regarding signage or maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow policies and procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.
The starting hourly rate is $20/hour.
