You will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff as well as maintaining high-quality care for patients.
Job Description/
Responsibilities:
Provide a variant of highly detailed data entry related functions.
Coordinate multiple practitioners and multiple offices Maintain stock between offices Dispatching and prioritizing urgent orders and scheduling routine appointments for our patients.
As well as outpatient schedules for hospitals and nursing homes.
Answering a high volume of calls.
Heavy data entry Requirements for prospective employees:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.
Must be confident and comfortable on the phone Working knowledge of computers and ability to manage data within an electronic system.
Can handle a fast-paced office environment.
