Must set the tone for our Dealership's Sales and Service Department's by being a great listener and extremely polite As well as giving the correct information to help customers get to who they need to speak to whether it is for New and Used car purchases or a Service Department concern or question.
This person must also assist with making appointments for the Service Department.
In addition, he or she performs administrative duties and operates the telephone switchboard by routing the call to the correct department.
An ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience as a front desk receptionist.
Candidates must have a pleasant and cheerful personality.
Strong phone and computer skills,and an excellent communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES Greets all customers in a helpful but warm manner Answer a multi-line phone and directs calls to the necessary department Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments Provides administrative assistance as needed QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required Excellent customer service, including the ability to maintain composure stressful situations Strong telephone skills Strong organizational and time management skills Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Strong computer and internet skills WHAT WE OFFER (Full Time positions) Hours are 8:
