POSITION DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales of cabinetry and kitchen & bath products to both retail clients and over 4,000 established home remodeling dealer accounts.
Selling is your focus.
Lead generation, vendor follow-up, measuring, delivery scheduling, and after-sale service are all managed by separate specialized departments.
All selling is done in the showroom.
No outside selling or cold call selling.
Four to five-day workweek.
Permanent rotating sales schedule includes a three-day weekend off every third week.
Utilize Consumers' proven sales techniques to assess and satisfy client needs.
Design and layout of kitchen & bath home remodeling projects Provide excellent customer service throughout each stage of the sale CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAM Nine week technical and sales training program includes six weeks in a classroom environment plus three weeks of on-the-job training.
Earn $800 per week throughout the nine-week training program and $1,000.
00 per week for the 12 weeks following the training program.
Certificate course given by NY Kitchen & Bath Design Institute located at Corporate Headquarters in Yaphank.
All course materials supplied.
